This Morton Mississippi driver/owner started racing on the dirt tracks around Jackson back in the early 1960's. Bill has raced in just about every class to take the track. From Jalopies to Super Modifieds from the Mississippi coast to Memphis. If you need a drives, he always looking for a ride. Bill and his brother Charles Steadman could put on a show both on the track and off.
